Gentle Hatha Yoga with Eleonora

Yoga has been proven to help with physical aches and pain, mental clarity, PTSD, sleeping troubles, and many other conditions.
It is accessible for all bodies and ages, and no previous experience is needed.
In this class, we’ll experience gentle movements, relaxation techniques, and meditation. We will gain a new relationship with our body and our mind.

Eleonora will offer different options to accommodate all of your needs.
Eleonora is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with more than 500 hours of training. All her classes are trauma-informed, inclusive, relaxing, and joyful.

This class is open to service members, veterans, and their families
