India is experiencing a significant increase in Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, respiratory disorders, mental illness, and pregnancy complications.
These NCDs are the leading causes of reduced life expectancy, accounting for approximately 63% of all deaths in the country. A primary contributor to this rise is the prevalence of inflammation among the population, driven by high consumption of inflammatory Omega-6 fatty acids and a deficiency in anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fatty acids.
Our objective is to restore the right balance of Omega-3 fatty acids in the diet to harness their anti-inflammatory benefits.
