You are a visionary: Lead your way Forge your destiny
Living between cultures, traditions and religious influences that seem opposing each other may be emotionally overwhelming and mentally draining. Fears, dilemnas, anxiety, procrastination, feeling stuck or lost between two worlds… Looks familiar?
Carrying dual identities is not a fatality. Make it a chance. Realize your luck. Bring harmony and meaning to your story, your heritage, your aspirations, your talents, your dreams. The world needs it. It needs you fully in it with all your riches.
Transform your identity challenges into your biggest strengths and qualities. Craft your own and unique definition of what identity, belonging and home mean to you. Transcend the illusion of having to choose between one world of meaning and purpose and another.
Reveal your true self
Growing up between multiple cultural systems reveals how important it is to feel understandood and seen, not to feel judged or stigmatised while striving to integrate, achieve goals and build strong and loving relationships.
As a TCK myself, I am bridging African and European cultures, Arabic and Western values, Ancient wisdom, Modern and New Age lifestyles. On a personal note, growing up between different cultures has ignited very early on existential questions about identity, rootedeness and belonging. For a long time, I have longed to experience harmonious relationships with my loved ones while keeping my spirit and heart open and free to live the life I wanted to live and the life that I knew I was made to live.
- Can you pursue your dreams and goals while transcending identity conflicts, familial expectations, and societal pressures?”
- Can you project positively into the future, feeling fearless, confident, and trusting?
That is what holistic coaching for TCKs is for. It is the only coaching method that integrates your personal, cultural, and spiritual life journey in a globally connected world. Are you ready to take your life to a whole new level of peace and fulfillment?

A word about TCK origin
The term Third Culture Kid (TCK) was formalized by American sociologist Dr. Ruth Hill Useem in the 1950s. She coined it while studying children of American expatriates living in India. Dr. Useem used “third culture” to describe the shared lifestyle and identity formed by children who grew up in a mix of their parents’ culture (first culture) and the host culture (second culture). Researchers like David C. Pollock and Ruth E. Van Reken expanded the concept in their book, Third Culture Kids: Growing Up Among Worlds, which remains a seminal text in the field.
