EveryThursday from 11:30am-1:00pm

Thehistory of the Canteen is personified by the North Platte Canteen (also knownas the Service Men’s Canteen in the Union Pacific Railroad Station at NorthPlatte). This Canteen was a lunch counter at the railroad station that providedconversation and home-cooked meals. It is in this spirit that we continue thistradition of bringing a community together through food.
