A Year-End Message of Gratitude
From the CEO of Clear Path for Veterans New England
Dear Friends, Donors, and Supporters,
As we close out 2025, I would like to take a moment—on behalf of our Board of Directors, our staff, and, most importantly, the Veterans and families we serve—to express our gratitude.
Your generosity, trust, and belief in our mission made this year one of the most impactful in Clear Path for Veterans New England’s history. Because of you, thousands of Veterans across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire were met with dignity, stability, and hope at moments when they needed it most.
What You Helped Make Possible in 2025
Through your support, Clear Path for Veterans New England delivered life-changing services across our full continuum of care:
- 1,600+ Veterans served, with more than 26,000 service deliveries
- 130+ Veterans housed, including those transitioning from chronic homelessness
- 20 Emergency Housing Assistance beds launched at the Journey Home Campus in Leominster in July 2025
- Continued the development of 22 Permanent Supportive Housing units, ensuring long-term stability for Veterans with complex needs
- Over 21,000 food pantry visits and meals served, addressing food insecurity and social isolation
- 1,700+ case management, counseling and peer support sessions, strengthening mental health, connection, and resilience
- 3,300+ hours of Service Dog training, supporting independence and emotional healing
- Expanded outreach across urban, rural, and underserved communities, ensuring no Veteran is left behind
These outcomes represent more than numbers—they represent Veterans who slept safely indoors, families reunited, meals shared in community, and futures reclaimed.
Stewardship and Responsibility
We recognize that every dollar entrusted to us carries responsibility. In 2025, Clear Path for Veterans New England responsibly managed more than $4 million in public and private funding, leveraging federal, state, municipal, and philanthropic investments to maximize impact while maintaining compliance, transparency, and accountability.
Your support also helped us weather an increasingly challenging funding environment, including federal reductions and delayed awards, without compromising care for Veterans. That resilience is a direct result of your partnership.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we move into 2026, the need remains urgent—but so does our resolve. With your continued support, we will:
- Fully stabilize and expand the Journey Home Campus
- Advance permanent housing development across the region through Partnership and Collaboration
- Strengthen suicide prevention, outreach, and wellness programming
- Ensure Veterans experiencing crisis today can access help immediately
As a Veteran myself and as someone who once experienced homelessness with my own family, I know firsthand how transformative timely support can be. Your generosity ensures that **“never again” is not just a promise—but a reality—for the Veterans we serve.
With Gratitude
Thank you for standing with Clear Path for Veterans New England. Thank you for believing in solutions, dignity, and opportunity. And thank you for walking beside us as we continue Supporting the Journey Home.
With sincere appreciation,
Jason Gilbert
