Join us on Tuesdays for Tai Chi! Tai Chi for Veterans is specifically designed for Veterans of all abilities to participate. Easy and gentle movements, no routine to memorize, the movements will be flowing and feel like moving through water. It will help balance mind/body/energy. It promotes overall health and wellbeing. No Registration is Required!
What do you wear? loose comfortable clothing, and have a chair nearby to steady you so you can rest.
