Lend a Hand. Support a Veteran
Volunteer your time and talents to support those who served.
Assisting with Programs and Events
Volunteers help facilitate Veteran wellness programs, outdoor activities, social events, and educational workshops. These programs address the physical, emotional, and mental health needs of Veterans, and volunteers are a vital part of ensuring they run smoothly.
Providing Support and Companionship
Many Veterans benefit from peer-to-peer connections and social engagement. Volunteers provide friendly conversation, encouragement, and a supportive presence that fosters trust and belonging.
Administrative Help
Volunteers assist with behind-the-scenes operations, including administrative work, marketing, outreach, and event planning—helping the organization run efficiently and reach more Veterans.
Community Outreach
Volunteers help Clear Path for Veterans NE build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and civic organizations. Through outreach and advocacy, they raise awareness about the programs available and strengthen community connections around Veteran support.
Fundraising
Volunteers are key contributors to fundraising efforts—helping organize events, manage logistics, or spread awareness about donation opportunities. These efforts ensure Clear Path NE can continue to fund essential programs and services.
Facilities and Maintenance Support
Volunteers assist with projects such as painting, landscaping, gardening, and light construction. These efforts help maintain the Devens campus and other Clear Path NE facilities, ensuring they remain welcoming spaces for Veterans and their families.
By volunteering with Clear Path for Veterans New England, individuals become part of a mission-driven community dedicated to helping Veterans heal, grow, and thrive. Volunteers gain personal fulfillment, build new skills, and form meaningful relationships while making a lasting impact on the lives of those who served our country.
Clear Path NE values every volunteer, offering training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure each person’s experience is rewarding, impactful, and deeply connected to the Veteran community.
Volunteer Spotlight
Meet Mary, a dedicated member of the Culinary Team at Clear Path for Veterans New England. Each week, Mary helps prepare and serve delicious meals at the Canteen Lunch, creating a warm and welcoming environment where Veterans can gather, share stories, and connect.
“It’s an honor to support those who’ve served—through good food and a sense of community,” Mary says.
Thank you, Mary, for your heart, hard work, and commitment to those who’ve given so much.
