Together We Serve

Founders’ Vision

Scott & Donna Bulger

A chance encounter at a 2017 golf outing sparked a vision—one that would grow into what is now Clear Path for Veterans New England. From that moment forward, Scott and Donna Bulger have been the driving force behind a mission that has transformed lives across the region.

In just a few short years, they led the transformation of a historic building at Devens into a dynamic, Veteran-centered campus—complete with state-of-the-art facilities, a compassionate team, and life-changing resources. But their true impact extends far beyond the physical space. Through their unwavering dedication, Clear Path for Veterans New England has become one of the fastest-growing Veteran support organizations in the region. Their leadership has helped provide:

From the simple joy of a warm Canteen lunch to the pride of working alongside fellow Veterans, Scott and Donna have built more than an organization—they’ve built a community where Veterans and their families find hope, healing, and belonging. Their legacy is one of purpose, compassion, and tireless commitment to those who have served.
