Mindful Movements Tai Chi

Movement is one of the keys to life. As human beings, we are designed to move. Regular movement of all parts of the mind and body is needed to preserve and improve our health & well-being. Mindful movement is a mind-body activity done with in-the-moment awareness of what you are doing without judgment. During the program, you will learn meditative movements that enhance your body’s natural ability to heal itself. The slow, gentle movements and deep abdominal breathing, while maintaining an in-the-moment internal focus without judgment, brings about a wonderful calmness to your being, a strengthening of your immune system, and a newfound physical-mental-spiritual balance.
